Children's Feet

Children can appear to have many problems with their feet when growing and developing including toe walking and tripping and falling. The Podiatrist is able to observe the childs walking offering reassurance where the worry is unfounded and referring on to the correct specialist when needed if a pathology is present. The Podiatrist can carry out the following.

• Assessment of the child's walking pattern and foot posture
• Give advice including the measurement of feet and the correct footwear for optimum development
